We accept most major PPO plans, Medicare, and Workers’ Compensation. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. If you would like, we can verify your physical therapy benefits as a courtesy for you. Just give us a call with your insurance information.
If you would like to verify your benefits yourself, please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions about physical therapy coverage:
- Do I have physical therapy insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and how much has been met?
- How many visits per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per physical therapy visit?
If you don't have insurance or choose not to use it, you can still see us. We offer a flat-rate self-pay option, which is discounted about 60% off our standard fee schedule. Please call to receive a Good Faith Esitmate for our self-pay services.
All major credit cards are accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
