Lance Chou
PT Aide Lance grew up in the Bay Area in Danville, CA and graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Biology from UC Berkeley in 2018. He started his career working in a mouse research lab studying inflammatory bowel disease before realizing an obsessive passion for rock climbing that led to many injuries and eventually to his fascination with movement dysfunction and physical therapy. Knowing personally the importance of pursuing your health goals with confidence, Lance is delighted to work closely with the team at GSPORTS to provide quality, individualized care to patients while gaining experience and knowledge to apply to physical therapy school. Outside of work, you can find Lance singing the same song on repeat, cuddling with his cat, watching anime, and trying to not climb too much. |

Jonina Ibarra Office Administrator Jonina is the Office Administrator at our SF FiDi location. She was born and raised in Daly City, CA and has a passion for helping the community around her! Her background includes, aiding during the pandemic, assisting in schools from K-8, providing support during community food drives and coordinating events. Her interest in medical aid started during her time assisting at COVID Testing Sites providing free tests to the community. Outside of the clinic, she loves to read, play with her kitten Lando and find new places to eat! |

Michael Ng, DPT, MFDc
Dr. Michael Ng is the Clinic Director of our SF SOMA office. He specializes in the rehabilitation of sports injuries of the shoulder, neck, knee, and foot. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from UCSF and San Francisco State University. Dr. Ng was also a member of the Wellness Team for the U.S. Open 2012 Golf Championships. He enjoys treating patients through the hands-on application of manual therapy techniques as an effective adjunct to customized therapeutic exercises. He has been certified in Active Release Technique (ART), which is effective in correcting overuse injuries in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Dr. Ng enjoys helping athletes recover from throwing, swimming, volleyball, and running injuries. He also teaches continuing education for physical therapists in the application of Myofascial Decompression. He has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2008.

Daniel Fok, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy Dr. Daniel Fok earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UCSF and San Francisco State University. Before that, he graduated from Whitworth University in Spokane, WA with a B.S. in Health Sciences and a minor in biology. While exploring careers in undergrad, he completed various internships in dentistry, medicine, and optometry, but discovered physical therapy to be a perfect fit because of the collective time a PT is able to spend working with patients and because of his interests in conservative treatment and health & wellness. Combining his fascination with the human body, background in exercise, training in the biopsychosocial model of treatment, interest in manual therapy, and passion for people, Dr. Fok enjoys personalizing a treatment plan to not only ensure holistic recovery but also long-term resilience. When not in the clinic, Daniel enjoys running, hiking, reading, cooking, and playing piano. He also enjoys participating in a variety of sports including soccer, basketball, tennis, volleyball, Spikeball, and ultimate frisbee. |

Laure Pilli PT Aide Lauren is the physical therapy aide at the SF SOMA office. She is a Bay Area native and recently earned her B.A. in Psychology, with a Health Equity minor, from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. While at Gonzaga, she pursued a pre-physical therapy track, allowing her to develop the foundational knowledge she used while serving in both in-patient hospital and out-patient clinic settings. Lauren played competitive soccer and knows from personal experience the value of personalized patient care. In her free time, Lauren likes to work out, watch true crime documentaries, and spend quality time with friends and family. |

Justin Jellin, DPT, ART Marketing Lead
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Justin Jellin earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of the Pacific, in addition to an undergraduate degree in Sports Sciences. He has a special interest in treating athletes involved in running, skiing, and crew. Whether it is low back pain, ankle instability, or baby boomer generation injuries, Dr. Jellin enjoys helping all athletes return to their pre-injury level of performance. He has been certified in Active Release Technique (ART), which is very effective in correcting overuse injuries in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Dr. Jellin was a practical examiner at UOP and continues his involvement on the University Alumni Board. Outside of clinical practice, he is an accomplished musician in both classical trumpet and guitar. Dr. Jellin has been a member of the APTA since 2010. |

E. Anthony Batoon, DPT Doctor of Physical Therapy Dr. Anthony Batoon earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland and B.S. in Kinesiology at San Jose State University. He enjoys providing various manual therapy techniques and exercises that are specific to his patients, to safely maximize return of their functional movement. He utilizes the Human Movement Model to assess the many factors that contribute and influence each individual's movement experience. He enjoys analyzing his patients' movement patterns to improve and prevent future injury. He previously provided physical therapy for musculoskeletal injuries at USCF medical hospital. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys playing golf and basketball, taking hikes, and cooking with friends and family. |

Antonio Fields, DPT, MPH Doctor of Physical Therapy Dr. Antonio A. FIelds earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Loma Linda University, in addition to a Master's of Public Health degree in Environmental and Occupational Health, and Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Fort Valley State University. Dr. Fields has been a member of the APTA since 2020. He has a passion for learning and applying rehab techniques supported by evidence-based practice to return patients to maximum performance. He has worked with various patient demographics in outpatient orthopedic clinics, home health, skilled nursing, independent living, and assisted living. His biggest joy in patient care is helping individuals return to the activities they love. Outside of clinical practice, he spends time weightlifting, hiking, jogging, and rock climbing. |

Marla Alicea Vega Office Administrator Marla is one of the Office Administrators at our Berkeley location. She earned a bachelor's degree from Cleveland State University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus. Her biggest pride is to keep an organized work environment to better help patients. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, running, working out and spending quality time with her family doing fun activities like going to concerts or watching a good movie. |

Kyle Troll PT Aide Kyle grew up in the Berkeley and graduated from University of California at Santa Cruz in 2022, where he majored in Human Biology. His own experience with Physical Therapy as a youth furthers his desire to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. In his free time, he loves hacky-sacking, baking, biking, and spending time with his two cats. Here at GSPORTS, Kyle hopes to engage and encourage patients to meet and surpass their goals, while having fun. |

Claire Broadman PT Aide Claire grew up in Humboldt County, California and loves to explore the Redwoods and tidepools in the surrounding areas. She graduated from UC Davis in 2023 with a B.S. in Human Biology. Her participation in various sports has inspired her fascination with using movement to heal the body and ensuring every patient is able to pursue the activities they want to achieve. Claire is excited to be a part of the GSPORTS team to gain experience and learn more about physical therapy and everything it entails. In her free time, she likes to work out, find breath-taking views, watch her fish and cats, and spend quality time with those she cares about. |
